Over a century ago, Christen Meldgaard Andersen opened a shoe shop in Herning, Denmark, where he made the first pairs of Sanita clogs for local masons, farmers, and bakers. Today, we continue our strong European workwear tradition and design our clogs in our native Denmark and handcraft them in our factory in Poland.

Caring for your Sanita Clogs: - Printed/Embossed Leather Upper: Use a soft dry cloth to wipe off any dirt and maintain sheen. - Textured Oiled Leather Upper: Use a horsehair brush and gentle suede foam cleaner to clean and refresh. - Suede Leather Upper: Clean with a special suede foam cleaner and horsehair brush. - PU-coated Leather Uppers: Wipe down with soap and water on a soft cloth. For further cleaning, wipe down with alcohol.
